Return & Refund Policy

The rules for ordering and returning products at NOVARUX are given below:

1. Ordering process:

Select the product of your choice on the website, select the size/color and click on the 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' button.

Confirm the order with your name, correct address and active mobile number.

After placing the order, our representative can confirm the order through a call or message.

2. Return and Exchange Policy:

It is mandatory to check the product while the delivery man is present.

If you receive a broken, defective, size problem or wrong product, return the product to the delivery man.

If you want to return the product after the delivery man has left, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for returning the product (except for defective products).

The return/exchange application must be made within a maximum of 3 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and the original tag/packaging is intact.

3. Refund Policy:

If an order is cancelled due to an item being out of stock and you have paid in advance, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
